SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

Calorie Counter Int'l warrants its product to be free from workmanship defects for a period of 6 months from the time of shipment and will repair or replace any unit returned to it that was not damaged by the customers neglect.

Calorie Counter further agrees that any customer not fully satified with the Dietcalc they receive may return the unit immediately upon receipt for a full refund, except for a US$19.00 restocking and handling charge.  Any unit returned for refund must be in the original packaging (new condition) and shipped at the buyers own expense.
